![]() An Equinox Note to My Friends
Just feeling to touch base now the autumn equinox is upon us, along with a new moon, and a solar eclipse – Quite a day this! The heavens are busy signifying the start of a new season and with the eclipse comes an invitation perhaps to stay more connected to who we are and what we love rather than to who and what we, or others, think we should be? Meanwhile life in the garden is full of activity. The sturdy old oak, raining acorns, is spreading seeds to be sown for the season to come. And the small red squirrel is busy harvesting this abundance that she may be nourished through the winter. So too for us perhaps? A time to take stock. Bring focus to that we wish to harvest to see us through the seasons to come, and sense into which seeds we wish to plant to flower with spring. All the very best
